We're proud to offer Emmi-Pet ultrasonic Teeth Cleaning. A gentle, non-invasive way to improve your dog's dental health without stress or sedation. Using state-of-the-art ultrasound technology, the Emmi-pet brush cleans deep below the gum line to help reduce plaque, tartar and bad breath.
This silent, vibration-free treatment is completely safe and painless, making it ideal even for nervous dogs. Regular sessions can support healthier gums, fresher breath, and prevent more serious dental issues in the future.
This treatment is priced at £37 per session and typically takes 30 minutes. Results can vary depending on your dog's behaviour, but in most cases, we're able to remove all plaque and tartar in just one visit!

Our Bath and Dry service is ideal for keeping your dog fresh, clean and comfortable. It includes a gentle bath with high quality, coat specific shampoos, a nourishing conditioner, a full blow dry using a quiet, pet-safe dryer, a nail clip and a brush out to leave the coat smooth and tangle-free.
Each dog receives one-on-one care in a calm, stress free environment - right outside your home.
This service is priced at £28 for small dogs, £32 for medium dogs and £38 for large dogs and typically takes 1 - 1.5 hours.

Our De-Shed Bath and Dry service is designed to significantly reduce shedding and keep your dog’s coat healthy and manageable. We use a specially formulated de-shedding shampoo and conditioner to loosen dead hair and undercoat, followed by a gentle, thorough rinse. After the bath, we use a pet safe dryer and a professional de-shedding brush to effectively remove loose fur and help prevent future matting and shedding. Nail clipping is also included in this service.
This treatment not only leaves your dog looking and feeling great but also helps keep your home cleaner too!
This service is priced at £32 for small dogs, £36 for medium dogs and £42 for large dogs and typically takes 1 - 2 hours.

Our Mini Groom is perfect for keeping your dog neat and tidy between full groom appointments. This service includes a gentle bath with coat specific shampoos, a full blow dry and thorough brushing to keep the coat soft and smooth. We also carry out a hygiene clip, face trim, paw tidy and nail clip to maintain your dog’s comfort and cleanliness.
Ideal for in-between maintenance, this service gives your dog a fresh, well-groomed look without the full haircut. As always, we provide gentle, one-on-one care in a calm and stress free setting.
The Mini Groom is priced at £37 for small dogs, £42 for medium dogs and £48 for large dogs and typically takes 1.5 - 2 hours.

Our Full Groom is a complete, head-to-tail makeover designed to leave your dog looking and feeling their absolute best. This service includes a gentle bath using coat specific shampoo, a nourishing conditioner and a blow dry. We thoroughly brush out the coat to remove loose hair and any small tangles, followed by a full body haircut tailored to your dog’s breed, coat type, or your personal preference.
We also include a hygiene clip, face and paw tidy, and a nail trim to ensure your dog is clean, comfortable, and perfectly pampered. Every groom is carried out with calm, one-to-one attention to create a relaxing experience for your dog.
A Full Groom is priced at £42 for small dogs, £48 for medium dogs and £58 for large dogs and typically takes 2 - 3 hours depending on the dog’s size, coat condition and style required.

Our Hand Stripping service is a specialist grooming technique designed for wire coated and certain rough coated breeds. Instead of clipping, we gently remove dead hair from the coat by hand, helping to maintain the natural texture, colour and condition of the coat. This method promotes healthy regrowth and preserves the coat’s proper structure, which is especially important for breed standard maintenance. Also included is a warm bath with a mild shampoo, a blow dry, hygiene clip, face and paw tidy and a nail trim.
This process takes time and patience, and each session is carried out with gentle, one-on-one care to keep your dog comfortable throughout.
Our Hand Stripping service is priced at £65 for small dogs, £72 for medium dogs and £80 for large dogs and typically takes 3 - 4 hours depending on your dog’s coat condition, size and breed.

Our Puppy Introduction is the perfect first step in helping your puppy feel comfortable and confident with the grooming process. Designed especially for pups between 2 - 6 months old, this service includes a warm bath with mild, puppy-safe shampoo, a towel dry and gentle blow dry. It also includes a hygiene clip, paw pad trim and nail clip.
We take everything at your puppy’s pace, using lots of positive reinforcement and one-on-one care to create a calm and stress free experience. It’s all about building trust, forming good habits early and ensuring future grooming visits are easy and enjoyable.

Keeping your dog’s nails trimmed is essential for their comfort, posture and overall paw health. Our Nail Clipping service is quick and gentle. We carefully trim the nails to a safe length using professional tools, helping to prevent overgrowth, splitting and discomfort when walking.
We take a calm, patient approach to ensure the experience is as positive as possible. Nail clipping can be booked as a stand alone service or is already included in all appointments other than Teeth Cleaning.
This service is priced at £12 and typically takes up to 30 minutes depending on your dog’s behaviour.

Mobile dog grooming brings the salon experience right to your doorstep, making it more convenient and less stressful for both you and your dog. At Lizzie and Lola Dog Grooming, we arrive in our fully equipped grooming van, complete with everything needed for your appointment.
Here’s what to expect:
We arrive at your home at the scheduled time - no need to transport your dog or wait in a busy salon.
Your dog is groomed one-on-one in a calm, quiet environment with no crates, other pets or distractions.
Once grooming is complete, we bring your freshly pampered pup right back to your door!
Mobile dog grooming is ideal for nervous dogs, busy owners and anyone who wants a more personal, low stress grooming experience.

Our dog grooming van is designed to be as flexible and convenient as possible when it comes to parking.
We’re happy to park:
On your driveway (if possible)
Safely on the side of the road near your home (as long as there are no restrictions)
In a designated car park (if arranged in advance)
In a shared residential parking area (with permission if needed)
Or any nearby safe, flat space where we’re not blocking traffic or access.
If you’re unsure about parking near your property, just let us know beforehand and we’ll work together to find the best spot. Our setup is fully self-contained, so we can work almost anywhere with enough space for the van and safe access to your dog.

No! You don’t need to provide any power. My dog grooming van is fully self-contained with its own power supply, so I bring everything needed to groom your dog right to your doorstep - no plugs or hookups required!

Not at all - many of our clients choose to carry on with their day while we take care of their dog’s appointment. If you’re not going to be home, you’re welcome to leave a key in a safe place, provide a door code, or arrange access in a way that works best for you.
We’ll treat your home and your dog with the utmost care and respect. Once the appointment is complete, we’ll make sure your dog is safely settled back inside and everything is secure before we leave.
If it’s your dog’s first appointment, we do recommend being available to meet us if possible, just so we can go over any specific needs or preferences. Alternatively, you’re welcome to send us a detailed message in advance with everything you’d like us to know about your dog’s appointment, grooming routine, temperament or special requests. After that, you’re free to leave it all in our hands!
All keys, codes and access details are handled with complete confidentiality and care, and we’ll always follow any instructions you give us to ensure your home stays safe and secure.

We based size categories on your dog’s weight, breed and coat type, as this helps us to estimate the time and work involved in the grooming.
Here’s a general guide:
Small dogs - typically under 10kg e.g Chihuahua, Shih Tzu, Yorkshire Terrier
Medium dogs - around 10-25kg e.g Cocker Spaniel, Beagle, Cockapoo
Large dogs - over 25kg e.g Labrador, Golden Retriever, Goldendoodle
If your dog is in-between sizes or has a particularly thick or high maintenance coat, we may adjust the category slightly. If you’re unsure, feel free to message us with your dog’s breed and a photo - we’re always happy to help!

Hand stripping is a grooming technique designed for certain wire haired or rough coated breeds. These coats don’t shed in the same way as others, so hand stripping removes the dead topcoat to maintain coat health, texture and colour.
Breeds commonly suited to hand stripping include: Border Terrier, Wire Fox Terrier, Airedale Terrier, Cairn Terrier, Irish Terrier, Wire Haired Dachshund and Schnauzer.
Not all dogs of these breeds are hand stripped, instead some are clipped for convenience. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a few photos along with your dog’s grooming history, and we’ll be happy to let you know if their coat is suitable for hand stripping.

The health, safety and comfort of all dogs in my care is my top priority. For this reason, I am unable to service dogs with fleas.
If your dog has fleas, unfortunately the appointment will need to be cancelled immediately, and a cancellation fee may apply. If you have noticed fleas on your dog prior to an appointment, please get in touch to postpone your booking. This policy helps prevent the spread of fleas to other pets and keeps my mobile salon clean and safe for all clients.
If you suspect your dog may have fleas, please treat them fully before booking an appointment. I’ll be happy to welcome them back once they’re flea free!

Our prices cover everything listed in your chosen service, but there may be small additional charges in certain situations such as:
Severely matted coats - extra time and care may be needed for safe removal.
Aggressive behaviour - additional handling time may be required.
Fleas - a fee will be added if fleas are found to allow for deep cleaning of the van and tools.
We will always discuss any extra charges with you so there are no surprise fees. If you’re unsure, feel free to send us a message with details about your dog!
